Classes are held in a one lesson per-week format (or register for multiple days!) Private and Semi-private classes are month-to-month enrollment. Group Classes are Session-based enrollment (Summer, Fall, Spring).

Small group classes for swimmers 2 months-28 months with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must attend every class with each child enrolled in the class. The parent or guardian can change weekly based on schedule availability — mom can attend class one week and dad or the babysitter can attend class the next!
A free class for babies 2-5 months and their parent(s) old become familiar with aquatic breath control, buoyancy and movement. Parents learn tips on how to develop comfort and confidence handling their child in the water. This is a single day class.
Child between 2-5 months of age
6-28 months old are introduced to basic swimming skills including water orientation, breath control, gentle submersion, floating and kicking, and independent rolling. Parents learn verbiage and spotting techniques to facilitate their child’s learning.
Child between 6-28 months of age
Small group classes offered for swimmers 2-8 years old. Group classes are split by age and skill level, so no matter what time of the year your swimmer begins their lessons they will join a group on their same level.
For non-swimmers; no swimming experience required.
Child between 2-8 years of age
For swimmers aged 2-8 who can put their face in the water, perform independent front-float and back-float without assistance.
Comfortable in the water in a group setting
Float independently on front and back for 5 seconds
Blow bubbles
Kick on front 5 yards to and from the instructor
For swimmers aged 2-8 who can kick independently on their front and back with a breath.
Roll from front to back and back to front
Roll over to get a breath while swimming
Kick independently on back for 5 yards
Working knowledge of freestyle arms
For swimmers aged 2-8 who can swim freestyle with independent rollover breath & swim backstroke independently for 5 yards.

Backstroke kick for 10 yards

For swimmers aged 4-8 who have working knowledge of side breathing, freestyle and backstroke drills and can swim freestyle and backstroke for 10 yards.

Endurance required to swim 10 yard laps consistently throughout lessons
For swimmers aged 4-8 who swim freestyle (with side breath) and backstroke 15 yards independently without stopping. Working knowledge of butterfly kick. Swimmers also included in this level may swim all 4 strokes for 15 yards or swim freestyle up to 30 yards

For swimmers with no swim experience through swimmers who can comfortably put their face in the water and blow bubbles, float independently on front and back for 5 seconds, kick on front 5 yards to and from their instructor.

For swimmers aged 9-12 who can roll from their front to back to get a breath through swimmers who can kick and swim up to 10 yards.

Private classes offered for swimmers 18+ months to adults. Semi-private classes (up to two swimmers) available for children 2 years old to adults.

Adaptive classes are offered in small group and private lesson settings with objectives based on each swimmer's goals and unique abilities. Start by submitting our Special Needs Intake Form to give us information on your swimmer, their abilities, goals and diagnosis. The goal of our Intake Form is to collect as much information as possible to help us best serve your swimmer.
