We are excited to host our 6th Annual Halloween Trick or Treat in the Oaks! We estimated over 700 trick or treaters came through the event last year for our biggest year yet! This year we are offering a few different levels of sponsorship. All levels of sponsorship are limited. Register early to secure your spot!
As an Information Only Sponsor you are required to provide the coupon, flyer or item you'd like to put in our Trick-or-Treat Bag that ALL participants will receive upon entering the event. Flyers and coupons to be placed in bags must be no larger than a half sheet of paper. Information Only Sponsors receive 1 entry into the Boots on the Bayou Giveaway! Information Only Sponsor items must be delivered to the Crawfish Swim School (15077 Hwy 73) no later than Wednesday, October 1.

As a Basic Vendor, you'll have a booth along the trick-or-treat route where you can pass out candy and share information about your business with families. Basic Vendors are required to bring their own table, decorations, candy, and any business materials they'd like to hand out. Each Basic Vendor also receives 2 entries to the Boots on the Bayou Giveaway! Vendors must be completely set up by 4:30 PM as we tend to have some eager early birds each year!

As a Sales Vendor, you'll have a booth along the trick-or-treat route where you can showcase your business while selling your products or services to hundreds of local families! Sales Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, decorations, candy to hand out, and any business materials they’d like to share with trick-or-treaters and their families. Each Sales Vendor also receives 2 entries into the Boots on the Bayou Giveaway! Vendors must be completely set up by 4:30 PM as we tend to have some eager early birds each year!

Food Vendors will have a designated space in the event's food area to sell food to tick-or-treaters and their families. There is no booth fee; instead, the event will collect 10% of sales. Food Vendors are responsible for bringing all items needed for their setup, including tables, tents, cooking equipment, and power sources (if needed). Each Food Vendor also receives 2 entries into the Boots on the Bayou Giveaway! Vendors must be completely set up by 4:30 PM as we tend to have some eager early birds each year!

As the Title Bag Sponsor you will have your logo printed on the bag every attendant receives when they arrive! You will be able to put information into the bag, have a table and candy provided to hand out to the trick or treaters and receive 5 entries into the Boots on Bayou Giveaway!
